Tuesday fun begins on April 8th with the final night of racing on August 26th. Our venue this year is the Church of the Resurrection ancillary parking lots in Leawood.

Course Description: The connected ancillary parking lots offer a variety of course layouts and changes in elevation. There is one section of access road open to the public, but largely, we will be away from most traffic. Do yield to traffic which has right-of-way and obey all traffic laws.

Registration: Single day races are $10. A season pass may be purchased for the entire series for $130, available through the end of April. You may purchase the pass at a race or online at www.LifeBalanceSports.com. Race day registration opens at 5:30pm and closes at 6:10 p.m. for the B-group, 6:50 p.m. for the A-group. Riders with season passes must sign in at each race attended prior to race start. Checks are to be made payable to Life Balance
Sports. REGISTRATION FEES WILL NOT BE PRO-RATED OR REFUNDED.

All participants must have an annual USA Cycling license (available at www.usacycling.org) or purchase a One-Day license. All riders must complete the USA Cycling Liability Release form – legibly and completely prior to race start. To expedite the registration process, you may print out the registration form ahead of time and bring it with you. Forms have been placed on the event website for ease of download and printing.

Event: Mass start. B-group (Cat 4/5, Juniors, Women 3/4) begins at 6:15 p.m. and will ride 30 min. + 3 laps. A group (Men Cat 1/2/3, Women 1/2) begins 5 minutes after the B-group finish and will ride 40 min. + 3 laps. A-riders are not eligible to ride in the B-race. Promoter reserves right to combine events.

Rules: All USAC rules apply. CSPC approved helmets are required at all times with the chinstrap properly secured. Promoter reserves the right to adjust start times and distances, alter or change courses, or remove riders from a race as deemed necessary on the day of the race. Riders 18 and under must have rider release signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Directions and Parking: Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave, Leawood, KS 66224. This is south of 135th St. between Nall and Roe. There will be a designated area for race parking. Do not park in lot near church building.

Restrooms: Restroom facilities are limited at this venue. Please make use of the gas stations and/or fast food facilities on your way to the course. Please consider purchasing some food or drink while you are there.

Pre-race warm-up: Warm-up is not allowed on the course during races. There are roads near the course to warm up on.

Weather: Races are held rain or shine. There are no refunds for storm cancellations.  Promoter may cancel, postpone, or combine events if lightning or other threatening  conditions exist. Cancellation/postponements may be made ahead of time or onsite.

Generally, the online posting will be made by 4:00 p.m. on race day if the race will be canceled or post-poned.

Results/Prizes: This race is mostly about bragging rights. Prizes awarded at random.
